is holding a summer contest! Here is the info for any of you who are interested in participating and getting the chance to win some points!

Summer Contest!Here in the UK some warmer weather has finally arrived, so I think that calls for the start of our second contest!

Theme: 'Summer Scapes'
This time, we're looking for your very best summer landscapes, waterscapes, and skyscapes! We want to see your shots of bright blue skies, beautiful beaches and lakes, sun-soaked panoramic landscapes... in essence, an amazing view you captured on a hot summer's day! (:
Start date: 4th June.
End date: 30th July.
Rules:

No more than three entries per member.

Your entries can be old or new. If a photo you want to submit to the contest is already in the group gallery, you can remove it yourself and resubmit to the contest folder, or note us with a link to the image you'd like to be moved to the contest folder.

Your entries must be 'Photography > Animals, Plants and Nature' deviations, and ideally submitted under the 'Landscapes', 'Waterscapes', or 'Weather and Sky' sub-categories.

Yes, you heard right, I will be starting another contest! What's it going to be? Well, since Summer is coming up, it's obviously going to be a Summer-themed contest. So, what better theme than Fun-in-the-Sun?

Starting on Friday, June 21st, and ending on August 23rd, the Fun-in-the-Sun contest will be centered around people enjoying Summer. Post your shots of whatever you do to enjoy having fun in the sun!

I know June 21st - August 23rd may seem like a long while, but just be patient, this will give others plenty of time to gather up their shots. Plus, mid-late August is usually when everybody returns to school, so it will be more fun if this contest goes on during Summer break.

Rules & Prizes:

This contest will only feature one winner, and they will win 25 points. But as always, everyone gets a feature in my personal journal.

Users are also allowed just one shot, so I advise everybody to think carefully, take many pictures and decide on one you think is good enough to win.

Photos must be new, no photos already in the group or taken anytime before the contest starts.

As always, quality will be considered, so try your best not to submit blurry photos.

Submit only to the contest folder.

Photos are the only medium allowed.

This time, it will only be myself doing the judging.
